I was trying to purchase 365 business basic license. But I am getting the following error:

I have tried with different card, but same error is happening. And the support phone numbers for my region are not working at all.

How can I solve this?

    I am based in the UK, and followed another forum reply to call in to the hotline during business hours. The advisor created an invoice, which he sent to my email, and I was able to click through and complete the licence order.

    BUT the same issue came back when I tried to buy another licence. This time, another business advisor (based in the UK) gave me a much better workaround.

    1. If you are on your wifi network on your computer/ laptop, and use your mobile data to provide a hotspot to the computer. Try again to see if the card goes through.
    2. Otherwise, login to your administrator account using your mobile phone (no wifi, just mobile data) and place the order using your mobile phone.

    It should work!
