Cannot login

Hello,

I cannot login into my account by any possible way. I have tried everything you suggest, but my Authenticator app is not working, I don't get any emails or text messages with any codes. My credit card needs to be changed in order to do proper billing. Can you please help me to get into my account? Otherwise I need to stop my subscription asap.
