Request to Remove Microsoft Authentication from My Account

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to request the removal of Microsoft Authentication from my account associated with this email: ****@****.onmicrosoft.com.

Due to my current access needs and preferences, I would like to disable the Microsoft Authenticator for my account. Please provide guidance on the necessary steps or documentation required, if any, to complete this request.

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

    Dear giuantemp,

    Greetings!

Thanks for reaching out to this community.

Based on your description, I understand you would like to disable the Microsoft Authenticator.

However, since Microsoft has specific support channel capabilities for certain scopes and different support attributes and we provide some limited knowledge about some aspects of the scenarios, for questions specifically related to Microsoft Authenticator app, I recommend posting your concerns in the appropriate community. You can find dedicated expert support at Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Q&A. Experts in this category have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Authenticator and can provide customized solutions to unique problems.

And upon my search, you may also try to refer to these similar threads from that community for help: Disable MS Authenticator for select groups - Microsoft Q&A and How do I turn off the authenticator requirement on accounts? - Microsoft Q&A.

I apologize for redirecting you to a different community, but I believe this step will ensure faster and more accurate assistance for your specific scenario.

Thanks for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated!
