    You may create a support ticket to Microsoft. Support engineer can remote to help you on it.

    Please contact your admin/IT department create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. Support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.

    Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, its such a huge file, tabs are linked and the formula itself has sensitive info that cannot be screened out or posted. Is it possible to do a screen share and to show you Live and resolve the issue together? Thank you
