Class Notebook Help

Question

Hi,

Has anyone experienced any issues using the online version of Class Notebook?

We are trying to use the Maths Assistant feature, but something seems to be not disabling it when we have turned it off.

We set the time to 30 minutes and turn off solutions, but it still lets the students find the solution for their equation.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, have you been able to get this working?

I understand your concern, it seems when you turn off the Math Assistant feature in your Class Notebook, students can still be able to use solution steps on their side.

Generally, to disable the features of the Math Assistant feature, just to un-check the boxes next to the features you’d like to turn off in the Math Options menu. For your reference: Turn Math Assistant on or off in OneNote Class Notebook - Microsoft Support

If you are setting in the right way and the issue persists, since you mention you are using the online version of class notebook, I’m afraid this is a temporarily server-side issue needs to be investigated from back end to find the cause. The support team has higher permission to remotely assist you and collect background logs for the root cause. This is a more efficient way in handling this case for you.
