Removing MFA on global admin

I have a global admin account for a tenant that is set up with MFA to the Authenticator app. Problem is, that phone is lost. How can I get past the MFA or remove MFA to log into the global admin account? I have the correct username and password, but getting past the MFA is the issue. Please advise

    This does not work. It asks me to create a case at aka.ms/prosupport.

    For some countries, it will be an automated conversation like: First, when you call the hotline, and it will ask what kind of problem you are concerned about.

    Answered: authenticator.

    A: What kind of product are you using?

    B: Office 365 for business.

    A confirmation: education or company account?

    B: For companies

    A: Are you an administrator?

    B: Yes.

    A: Do you have the other administrator in your organization?

    B: No.

    A: Do you need a.... Service request?

    B: Yes

    How can I talk to a technician directly? The phone prompt does not seem to get me to the right place and can't make out my domain. Therefore I can't progress. I need help urgently.
