Issue with Authentication Application

Greetings,

I am trying to sign in Microsoft Azure using my work account. However, I faced an issue. A code is sending to authentication app, but I did not receive it, also request on the app I can not receive it.

I need your help to be able to sign in using the authenticator app, or using the password ASAP.

Note: I tried the following

  1. Delete the application and try again.
  2. Sign in from different browsers.

    In the meantime, kindly note this is very sensitive and should not be discussed here in a public forum which is accessible to all Microsoft customers. We value your organization’s security and privacy; If your account is Microsoft365 Work/School account and if you are end user/if you are admin but other user has admin rights, it is suggested to contact your admin and ask admin to reset the Authentication method for your account. Admin can do it by follow Manage user authentication options. (If you are not sure who is your admin, can refer this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).
