Microsoft Authenticator

Hello,

I have the following problem using Microsoft Authenticator. I accidentally have uninstalled it from my iPhone. When I installed again I still cannot connect the client share point because I got a message that Authenticator is available on the iPhone. I guess any documents are locked in iCloud and I couldn't use this account. How can I proceed to use authenticator for the same account again?
