Error in the payment section

Hi,

I've been trying to create emails since last week, and every time I get to the payment page I get the error "Check that the details in all fields are correct or try a different card." I've spoken to a rep earlier, and was told that I can either login to the account and purchase the licenses or use another card. I did both but still the same error.

How can I get this resolved?

Thanks!

    Hi Ed O'Keefe,

Thank you for connecting with us in Microsoft community.

According to your description in the support category "Microsoft 365 and Office / Subscription, account, billing / For business / Security and compliance"

I did not find Microsoft subscription type information in your case description,

But I will provide the following information based on our support limits. Because, since we are from the Microsoft 365 Business/Education support team and provide potential address information for Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard/Enterprise/Education subscription services related to this forum support category.

As per your given scenario, if you have Microsoft 365 Business Basic / Standard / Enterprise E3/E5 subscription,  you may need to contact again our Microsoft 365 Business support team via Open service request or via Phone support option so that they can further check certain things from the backend according to their permission and resources. If it is required, they may also involve specific support team for further assistant.

Since we forum moderators have limited permissions and access resources, due to this reason, we are unable to connect Microsoft Business support team from this public community.

For certain standard process, you may need to contact the Office 365 support team in the backend so that they can further guide you according to your specific requirement.

If you have already bought trial Microsoft 365 Business Standard / Enterprise subscription and if you can still access admin center, you may need to contact Microsoft 365 Business support team via Open service request option: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn (Online Option).

Important note: If any organization's Office 365 Business/Business/Education subscription is from a syndicated partner or reseller, and if the global admin can't open the service request on their end, they may need to contact the reseller's support provider so they can help global admin to open the service request on their end. after the Office 365 support team will involve in the created service request.

Furthermore, here is official document about: Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Just for an example reference: I am sharing one thread URL where one Microsoft Agent Moderator has mentioned some detailed information about phone support: I cannot Login to my Admin Account - Microsoft Community

Note: Phone support team or AI may ask for subscription, domain, phone number or alternate email address for verification process.

During phone call and voice, you may get information to press particular number to get support from appropriate support team via Phone support. Because currently new calling process has been implemented by Microsoft. If call hangs up, you may need to attempt call several time to get support from phone support agent to escalate your case to Data protection team.

    ==================================================================================================

If you have bought any different Microsoft subscription services, such as Office 365 Family/Personal/Home & Business/Home & Student/Outlook.com, you must provide information about your subscription for further instructions. Since there are several different types of Microsoft accounts and subscriptions which has different contact support options for billing related situation.

I would greatly appreciate your valuable cooperation and valuable time.
