2 factors authentication

I am dealing with a significant and urgent situation regarding a secondary organizational account that i use in Microsoft to sign in to Power Bi. This secondary account works under the 2 factors authentication. The problem started when i recently replaced my old mobile device and i signed out from the authenticator app. Yesterday, i signed out from the secondary organizational account, from my desktop and now i cannot log in again, since 2 factors are enabled, but i have no access to the app. I understand that the security policy is tight, but i have no access at all. I am always asked to enter the numbers displayed in the app, but since i have no access to the app i cannot enter sign-in to my account in the first place. Furthermore, i live in Greece and the telephones provided by Microsot are answered by bots, What is the solution here? I need to speak with someone who will guide me out of this immediately. Thank you
