Admin will not allow login

Yesterday 8/21/2024 I received an email regarding Synnex365- never heard of this company in relation to my account- now all of a sudden when I login to my admin account it will not allow me to do so.

Starting on August 21, 2024, your xxxx_345e40ef_34b09eac Granular admin relationship with SYNNEX365 will end. SYNNEX365 will no longer have access to manage your account with Microsoft. This relationship and assigned roles gives them access to the Microsoft 365 admin center and other sites to manage your account.<br><br> <br> :---

    Granular admin relationships or delegated admin permissions normally give partners access to their customers' workloads. Obtain granular admin permissions to manage a customer's service - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn

    If you don't recognize this company and have no record of giving them management roles, I'd strongly recommend you reach out to our tech support team to check this out. Since you can't log into the admin center, you can reach out via phone using phone numbers listed in this document Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn depending on your country or region.
