Can you send me the monthly invoice from 23/2/2024?

    If you cannot find the relevant invoice in your account, I sincerely recommend you contact the Billing department support by following the steps below. As the billing and subscription issues concern your privacy, I cannot directly assist you in issuing receipts in this open forum, but will need to continue to assist you with the support of a specialized Billing department. In addition, please note that to avoid the risk of a potential account attack, please do not share any of your private information in this public forum.

    Contact - Microsoft Support

    To connect with our finance and billing department, follow the following:

    • Search for billing
    • Select the Get Help button
    • Scroll down and select Contact support (sign in with your personal Microsoft account)
    • Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
    • Choose Manage my subscription as the category
    • Select Chat with a support agent or Call support

    Hi,

    Thank you for your  response.

    I tried to look into  Payment & billing- Order history.

    It’s 23//July/2024 payment not including tax invoice.

    Please find attached the picture.

    There was only a receipt until July.

    I need to January to July tax invoice.

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    We fully understand the inconvenience the issue has caused and that the current situation can be frustrating. If you purchased a Microsoft product and would like to receive an invoice, you can sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/ with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase Microsoft products. Then select Payment & billing - Order history. Navigate to the purchase item for which you want to issue a VAT invoice and select Details - Select VAT invoice to download the invoice.

    If you can't find it on your own, you can contact the specialized support for business users for further assistance.
