If you cannot find the relevant invoice in your account, I sincerely recommend you contact the Billing department support by following the steps below. As the billing and subscription issues concern your privacy, I cannot directly assist you in issuing receipts in this open forum, but will need to continue to assist you with the support of a specialized Billing department. In addition, please note that to avoid the risk of a potential account attack, please do not share any of your private information in this public forum.
To connect with our finance and billing department, follow the following:
- Search for billing
- Select the Get Help button
- Scroll down and select Contact support (sign in with your personal Microsoft account)
- Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
- Choose Manage my subscription as the category
- Select Chat with a support agent or Call support
