Administration access and MFA problem

I'm the only user of my SMC and I'm also the administrator.

I've broken my iPhone and my Authenticator with it, so I changed it with a new one. Was able to restore every MFA access but Microsoft 365 Administration.

Someone of Microsoft can help me? I'm not able to access to my admin panel and documents shared to me from customers.

I've tried with the phone number but the auto-answering AI couldn't help me to speak with people.

    I'm sorry but your answer solve nothing.

    I tried many times the Italian phone number, there was no way to press numbers during the call, it's an AI that make some questions, every time the AI send me to a link where I couldn't log in.

    I had to call the Ireland number, using my voice I was able to convince Ai that I needed to speak with humans (same answers with the Italian AI didn't work) and, after more than 1 hour waiting, I could speak with someone that follow me to solve the problem.

    It was a very disappointing experience.

    Regarding the issue only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support.
