lost authenticator and code access for admin of E5 365 developer subscription account

Hi, about an year ago signed up as a 365 developer using a personal (outlook.com) email account.

Created a tenant and have a subscription for it (E5, keeps getting renewed). I created a custom connector, got it certified and published in the PowerAutomate marketplace too.

Now, I lost access to that (.onmicrosoft.com) account. I have the admin email and password, but not the authenticator app (changed phones). I did a password reset and have setup a new passwortd for this admin account (by getting the code to the outlook.com email id). But when I try to login even after password reset, with the new password, it still is asking me to enter the authenticator code / notification. I don't have this setup.

I logged into my developer portal using the outlook.com email address and can see my E5 subscription (and the admin email on the onmicrosoft.com domain), but I'm unable to login/access this subscription. I couldn't even raise a support case because I can't login to this onmicrosoft.com email address.

Can someone help me with the next steps / how can I get unblocked?
