When I tried to use my Token for 365 I received the message that "error code Token State Deactivated"

I purchased the product key from Curry's together with my laptop. I got the error code when trying to redeem the key. I purchased the product a week ago.

You need to go back to Currys; they should provide you with a new Product Key.
