Display Issue in Microsoft Excel

Hi,

My Microsoft Excel is having a major issue where the columns are whiting out and I can't see the t|ext. This is happening in all my files.

I am used to hide the titles on Excel and freeze panes in all my files. However, i am facing that problem since at 11/14/24.

See photo below.

Please help me.

    I will report it to related team. For such bug, Microsoft will fix it as soon as possible.

    Thank you very much for the prompt reply,

    The problem is happening only in the web version, not in the app.

    Is there a way to revert to an earlier version of Excel in the web version?

    I guess it is caused by Office update. I will report it to related team.

    You may try rollback office.

    1. Start an Office application (such as Excel), and then select File > Account. select Update Options > Disable Updates.2. Type cmd on the start menu, right click on the Command Prompt, choose Run as Administrator3. Copy/paste these two commands one at a time and press entercd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRunofficec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.18025.20160

    You can also raise it to Microsoft directly.

    Please contact your admin/IT department create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request.
