We did test with Visio desktop app version 2411 and Visio web app in browser on our end but we can't reproduce the same result as yours. We even test with different devices
, but this behavior didn't happen on our end.

- Are you having issue with Visio desktop app or Visio web app in browser? Will they encounter a similar situation?
- Does this happen to a specific file or all files? Please share some screenshots of the issue encountered with us.
- If having issue with Visio desktop app, please also share your operating system version and your Visio version with us. For Visio version, please navigate to Visio > File > Account and take a full screenshot.
Meanwhile, would you please share more about "I have checked everything I can think of and have tried what I have found online so far." with us? If having issue with Visio desktop app, please try Office safe mode and Online Repair Office to check the outcome.
