Microsoft Authenticator

I forgot my phone passcode and lost the previous data for Microsoft Authenticator , my instagram was connected to the Authenticator and I’m unable to login my instagram. I have tried everything but it’s asking for the code or back up code and the Authenticator isn’t generating it as it’s not linked. Please tell me what do I do?
