Problem with MicroSoft Authenticator

i have a mail in oracle corporation ****email address deleted***

I received an invitation on teams from one of our customers and upon acceptance i received a screen to enter a number in the Microsoft authenticator app but the app do not show numbers and accordingly i am stuck.

i tried to remove the app and still the same screen appears as if the account is linked with Microsoft authenticator in all cases

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | Other | Other
