Yesterday I tried to purchase the Microsoft 365 for Buisness (Basic and afterwards Standard). By mistake I set an account (buisness) that is totally wrong. I tried to fix it but I produced a greater mess. So today the following message is poping up when I try to enter: Action needed Security defaults are enabled to keep your organization secure. Follow the prompts to set up a multifactor authentication method to protect your account.". The product key has never arrived due to the wrong account email. I have downloaded the apps but without the key they are not activated. How can I delete this account and make a new one to purchase the apps once again?

    Microsoft's back-end support team should collect more advanced log information from Office 365 Global Admin personnel through a remote session to diagnose the current scenario. If needed, a front-line technical support engineer can also have a specific support team investigate and provide you required information.

    Contact our support by raising a support ticket with your global administrator account, or if you're not the administrator, you must contact your Office 365 global administrator to open the Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn (online option).
