Error when purchasing Microsoft 365 Basic

Whenever I try to purchase licenses, I get this error

It is very frustrating Please try again in a few minutes. We are unable to complete the verification check on your payment method at this time.  (CV: M0jRmCx6Mr0NmTnM.36)

i bever faced such an error
I tried all the solutions online nothing worked
I have proper billing account setup and proper associated billing tenant, everything is fine but I cant complete the purchase

I need those email yesterday and I cant wait forever to fix it
Kindly assist!!

If this cannot work, please be kindly to change another browser to purchase the Mirosoft365 Basic and check the result?
