Authenticator app, same email address, different institutions

Hi, I have a university account but my uni is linked with another uni so on my old phone my authenticator app had separate options for the same email address, one for each university (but again, the same email address). Now I have a different phone and I can’t add the second university option to my authenticator app because my email address is the same. Does anyone know how I can add the same email address (with a different institution) to my authenticator app? I need it to log into the Student Union.
