Microsoft ToDo apps not syncing

I am trying to use microsoft todo and am having issues with tasks not syncing between the website https://to-do.live.com/ and my windows. Tried to run the sync but no luck

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them in the community.

    Is there an error code that pops up other than the prompt?

    You can log in to this page and then check to see if it changes color:

    Service Status (office.com)

    Then you can try logging into your OneDrive to see if you have any synchronization issues.

    Also, do you have a third-party firewalls or third-party web proxies turned on? If it's turned on, turn it off first.
