    Dear Nicolas Mengotti.

Welcome to the Microsoft Support Community.

To fix the authentication error you're encountering while trying to import data from the web in Excel, you can follow these steps:

1.Check Your Credentials: Ensure that you are entering the correct username and password for your school account. Sometimes, a simple typo can cause authentication issues.

    2.Clear Existing Permissions:

    • Go to the Data tab in Excel.
    • Click on Get Data > Data Source Settings.
    • Under Global Permissions, click on Clear all permissions. This will remove any saved credentials that might be causing conflicts.
    • Update Excel: Make sure your Microsoft 365 is up to date. Go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.

3.Disable Certificate Revocation Check (if applicable):

    • Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Privacy Options.
    • Uncheck Enable certificate revocation check.
    • Repair Excel: If the issue persists, you might want to repair your Excel installation:
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
    • Find Microsoft Office, right-click, and select Change. Then choose Repair.

There is currently a section of Microsoft Learn dedicated to this issue, designed to support Authenticator users like yourself.

Here is the link to the forum: Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Q&A, you can click on “Ask a question” and there are experts there who can provide more specialized solutions.

Finally, while I can't help you any further, I hope the information I have provided has helped you find your way.
