Cannot Login to onmicrosoft.com

Hi,

I’m having trouble logging into my company’s SharePoint site on onmicrosoft.com. Here’s the situation:

  1. When I try to log in, I’m prompted to enter a code from my Authenticator app.
  2. When I open the Authenticator app to retrieve the code, it shows that I need to Set up 2-step verification.
  3. When I click “Set up 2-step verification,” it directs me to a screen where it asks me to scan a QR code.
  4. However, since I can't log into my account, I don’t have a way to scan the QR code.
  5. When I attempt to "or enter the code manually", I’m shown a screen with fields I don’t know what to fill.

Could you please guide me through the steps to resolve this issue?
