As a district, we were able to open Microsoft Whiteboard last year. Now all of a sudden nobody in my district can open it, they all get the following error.

It is turned on, in the admin console for everyone to access.

Dear Travis_693564645, Good day! Thank you very much for the screenshots. This error message is usually caused by a problem logging in to your account. You can first try switching to a network environment, such as a hotspot on your phone, to see if you can access the whiteboard app.If you still can't access the whiteboard app after switching networks. Then it's possible that there's a server-side issue that prevents you from logging in and accessing the app. In this situation, I am sorry and recommend you to connect with the related development team where they can check the internal sources and investigate the issue further. So, I request you to connect with your IT admin of your organization (How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support) and ask them to raise a new service request from the Microsoft 365 admin center so that the related development team will connect with you and investigate the issue further.Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft LearnNote: **We apologize for redirecting you to related development support team because the moderators in this community are limited with the resource for further investigation and to get a quick resolution to your problem, we requested it.**Sincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator

Dear Mike McCoy1, Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help youYour screenshot doesn't seem to have been successfully uploaded, you can re-upload it in the reply if it's convenient for you.In my tests here, I can access the whiteboard app through a browser. I'd like to confirm that you're also accessing the whiteboard app through a browser, and knowing this information will help me further confirm if this is a server-side issue. Thanks for your cooperation.Sincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
