Multiple computers- Problem with Authenticator

I have a work computer asking for Microsoft authenticator. I already have the app on my phone, downloaded it for my home computer. My work computer will not allow me to scan the code again, assuming because I already have the app.

I'm stuck. How can I share the app on 2 computers with the same email/log in?
