The Need help? button on the bottom right of the www.office.com page is not working. It just gives the following error message:

Please close the browser and try again. Something went wrong and the panel didn’t load correctly.

Error code: ‎cfbec7d7-579d-4151-9dc2-f2a812681df0‎

I have closed the browser, cleared all browser history and even tried different browsers and computers and the issue remains. Can you look into this ASAP as I really need to log some other urgent support queries.

    Hi, Fran_188

Thanks for your new updating in the first post. Now I understand you would like to click this "Help" button.

And I've tried many times on our sides that we found there are the same issue as well as your sharing.

For this, we will report this issue internally and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

In addition, would you please tell us whether you would like to raise a ticket?

If so, please Click Admin Button.

    Then follow the below steps:

    1. Go to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. If you get a message that says you don't have permission to access this page or perform this action, you aren't an admin. For more information, see Who has admin permissions in my business?.
    2. On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
    3. Type a question or keyword into the text box. If you get a drop-down list, select the one closest to your question, or continue typing your question, then press Enter.
    4. If the results don't help, at the bottom, select Contact Support.
    5. Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact number and email address, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Contact support pane.

    Hi, Fran_188

    Good day!

Thanks for posting into our community.

According to your description, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the "Need help?" button on Office.com.

It sounds frustrating, especially when you have urgent support queries to log.

I've tried to login it in - https://www.office.com which is successfully.

Could you please allow us to know which button that does not works on your side? We would be highly appreciated it if you can capture a screenshot with us.

In addition, have you ever tried to use another net environment, such use your own mobile device and give a try without your office WIFI.

Note: Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated.

    Hope you all the best!
