Could anybody guide me about the discrete TPM? Like how to do , something like that. I'd really appriciate that since a lot of you guys said that the system seems stable since you have it, I'm truly thankful.

    Here're my symptoms

-Always crashes(BSOD) when I launch steam games, I'm kinda sure it happens with games launched via DirectX, this is the main problem(9/10 of crashes), my pc always crashes after 2-4 minutes after launching

-Got crashes(BSOD) when I download/update games, however it happens much less frequent than lauching games

-Also having Random crashes out of nowhere sometimes

-The only BSODs that happen is WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

-Just in case, I don't know if it's about the BSOD, I also have this Error

    Event 1010 ModernDeployment-Diagnostics-Provider

    Autopilot.dll WIL error was reported.

    HRESULT: 0x80070491

    File: onecoreuap\admin\moderndeployment\autopilot\dll\dllmain.cpp, line 191

    Message: NULL

    Thank you

You need to check if your mainboard has the option for a descrete TPM module. This is how I fixed it more then a year ago. My X570 has a plug for a descrete module. So I bought this one extra. That solved all my problems once and for all. Check your manual for the MB and search for TPM. Those modules are quite generic and you get them for a few bucks.

Even I am happy now with my 5800x3d but for me the next interation will be Intel again. Simply because I never had any issues for years. The word troubleshooting came back when I switched to a full AMD build.

Sure it is less expensive, but you get what you pay for. And something that has to last some years, should get to maintenance and service and mainly NO troubles. Good example is the drivers for the AMD 6k series.. haven't seend any updates for weeks. Feels like you are using old HW.. but it isn't at all. I consider old HW as 4-5 years old.

    Hello,

I was really hoping that a tpm module would help me after reading all of this. I have the same problem and my tpm module came today, but windows 11 doesn't recognize it. It is activated in the bios. It is an MSI module for my MSI B550 Unify-x board. I could cry, I just want a stable system. While I was writing this message I had another crash.

Does anyone else have an idea?
