    Dear Ankit,

    Thanks for your updates.

We are glad to help you on the SharePoint Online related issues and questions. For SharePoint Server related issues and questions, sorry for that our category may have limited resources.

If you are using SharePoint Server, please post a new thread on SharePoint Server - Microsoft Q&A for further help.

About "I use SharePoint Designer 2013 and SharePoint Online 2016.", could you confirm whether you are using SharePoint Server 2016 or SharePoint Online? In SharePoint Online, there should be no 2016 version.

May I know whether you are assigned with a SharePoint Online license? If yes, I'd like you to provide teh workflow screenshots with the detailed parameter for our reference.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

Meanwhile, are there some many additional workflows set up on the same list? If they aren't needed, I suggest you remove them and republish the workflow to see and let us know the outcome.

Thanks for your time and effort.

    Sincerely

    Cliff | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Hello,
I use SharePoint Designer 2013 and SharePoint Online 2016.
But Workflow platform type is SharePoint 2010 Workflow which is the only one available in my organization.

    Dear Ankit,

We are glad to help you and we may need some more information for confirmation.

What workflow are you using, the SharePoint 2010 workflow or the SharePoint 2013 workflow?

Do you create the workflow from SharePoint Designer 2013?

What SharePoint are you using, SharePoint Server or SharePoint Online? If you are using SharePoint Server, please post a new thread on SharePoint Server - Microsoft Q&A for further help.

Are there some many additional workflows set up on the same list? If they aren't needed, I suggest you remove them and republish the workflow to see and let us know the outcome.

Thanks for your time and effort.

    Sincerely
