Hi everyone, I am having same issue and when I try fixing it through suggested way I still can’t get though. I have to access to Devices Settings at all. This is what I end up with. What should I do ? I really need it for Tuesday and worry it might not get resolved. 128748-ad57ec8d-4eca-4067-a8e3-8efcbe82a8e8.png

    Hello @Bella Godun ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please confirm currently active Azure AD role which are assigned with your account? you can verify this by going to Assigned Role from your user profile under manage blade as shown below:

Ideally, you must be assigned one of the following roles to view or manage device settings in the Azure portal:

    Manage:
    Global administrator
    Cloud device administrator

    View:
    Global reader
    Directory reader

Learn more about configure device setting, refer. Hope this helps.
