Office Professional 2021 and Windows 11. Everything up to date. I have tried safe mode - still no options. Show Paste Options button when content is pasted option is checked under File/Options/Advanced. Tried clicking and unclicking. Nothing works.

Open register editor and locate the Options registry key and delete it to reset Excel settings. The option folder will be recreated automaticlly.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Excel\Options

Disclaimer: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Edit at your own risk.
