I can only help you within the scope of support. We have no right to know about why the program is not fixed or discuss why it is locked.
If you have posted an issue in the community that has an authenticator that is locked. This may be because the issue is not supported by the community as it is outside of the community's support scope. It is more appropriate to post it on Microsoft Learn (English only), where there are more advanced forums and more users posting these issues, and you can click "Ask a Question" where experts can provide more professional solutions.
