Authenticator app

I have swapped phones, and my Microsoft authenticator will not unlink from my Google account.

I have tried removing the two factors and still get prompts to use the app even though my phone isn't syncing. I want to unlink the whole thing as it is a mess, or can I find an email address for Microsoft?
