Copilot Studio Agent Not Retrieving Data from Specific SharePoint Subfolder

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with my Copilot Studio agent that's supposed to retrieve information from a SharePoint Group Private Site & Channel provided as a knowledge source. The agent isn't returning any data and states there's no data available for the sample question, even though the question is present in a PDF within the SharePoint site.

Here are the details:

  • Agent Configuration: The agent is configured to use the SharePoint site as a knowledge source with the following site link: rootsite.sharepoint.com/HR/HR%20%Policies.
  • PDF Details: The relevant PDF is located in a subfolder containing 6 PDFs, all within the required size limit and definitely I have access to the relevant site as i was able to setup a different folder.
  • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Tried retrieving data from other SharePoint site folders, which worked fine.
    • Entered the direct link to the subfolder, still no response.
    • Tried with other subfolders, and the agent worked correctly.
    • Tried asking multiple demo questions which are all present in these 6 PDFs and still no response.

It seems like the issue is specific to this one subfolder. Has anyone else experienced this problem? What could be causing the issue, and how can I fix it? My assumption might be from the Folder Name because there is space or shouldn't be the case?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
