authenticator?

i have the authenticator app on my IOS. I have tried adding my Microsoft work account to authenticator but it asked me to sign into so i do and then it (see image) Im using the authenticator app on my phone and it wants me to open the app and get a number that wont be there because it has not be set up yet correct
