Microsoft Authenticator Not Working

I have a problem with Microsoft Authenticator to my Email account ( office 365). I have previously installed and set up the microsoft authenticator successfully and a few month later the app is accidentally deleted by me. But when I downlaod and install and set up it said "Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device​" eventhough this is the only device that i use to do so.

How can i do as it always required me to see the code displayed in Microsoft Authenticator app ( as i already deleted it) ? how can i seek the support from?
