Unable to get code on Microsoft Authenticator for my Organization - Infosys Ltd.

    You have to give more details for us to help you.

    Was it working before? or is this a new setup? did you change your phone?

    Did you try to contact Infosys internal IT support? The Microsoft365 tenant is managed by them.

    I understand that there is currently a problem with Microsoft Authenticator.

    Unfortunately, the issues with Authenticator go beyond the support of the Microsoft community.
