    Dear Stephen,

Good day!! Thanks for posting your concern in this community~

As per the description shared, I understand your concern and I would like to convey that I have tested the behavior at my end, where I can reproduce the problem while perform Print & PDF export

In this situation, I request you raise a new service request from the Microsoft 365 admin center, where the related team will get in touch with you on your preferred contact method for further investigation: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn (If you are not the IT admin of your organization, please contact the IT admin of your organization: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support, to raise a new service request on your behalf).

As a workaround, I would like to recommend you use the Print feature on the browser:

Open the Loop page in the Microsoft Loop> Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser> Print> Save as PDF> Save.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,
    Sophia
