Lost access to two factor authentication and administrative access to my family 365 tenant

Before changing iPhones, I failed to back up my Microsoft authenticator. I have a domain that is a family 365 tenant. When I follow the steps to recover the account, it says that the email address that I am trying to recover is no longer a valid account or does not exist. That in fact is the Microsoft account that had the administrative access. So, while I do have complete control of my personal domain, and I can log into other non-administrator accounts on this domain in Microsoft 365, I have no administrative control of my own domain. I desperately need to speak to someone that can help me with this problem as I exhausted all online methods, and documentation. Because I stopped paying for the account at some point, it seems that the administrator account is no longer existing. However, now that I have resubscribed and paid for the account again, there is no way to administer the account because I do not have access to the account that I believe was the administrator account.I am desperately in need of help and have been trying to solve this problem for months. Asking for help desperately. PLEASE!
