Can't create new workspaces on Microsoft Loop on my personal account

I've started using Loop for personal organization recently and have been really enjoying it. However, recently I tried to create a new workspace for a new project and noticed that this option is no longer available in the "Create" button. I can only create a new idea page.

I've tried doing it in multiple devices, and even on the mobile app. The mobile version allows me to create a new workspace, but when I do an error appears and the new workspace won't show in other devices.

My work account is working fine in this regard, I can create new workspaces there without any issue. This seems to be related only with my personal account.

Is there any restrictions for the number of workspaces an account can have? Is it different for organizations and personal accounts?

Is there anything I can do to try and fix it?

    Hi, Rafael Francisco1

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

This is a limitation of personal accounts. You can only create one workspace per account. If you want to create a new workspace, you can only delete the old one and then create a new one.

There is no such limit for work accounts, but the number of accounts that can be created (that is, the creation limit) will also be limited by IT and organizers.

I hope the above information can help you. Feel free to send a message if you need further help.

    Best wishes

When did this happen? I have created several in the past and there was no limitation. I pay for a 365 family account, and if this is the case, then it will be time to leave the MS ecosystem.

Im not sure I understood the answer of Aiden since the very screenshot I provided shows three different workspaces. So no, you are not limited to only one workspace per user. Anyway, the problem is solved, I'm able to create new workspaces again. Seems like this was just a temporary issue.

Edit: I can't anymore. The problem came back.

Really? I also can only create one workspace. When did this happen?

Is there an official post that the number of workspaces is limited now? I already had several in the past and for testing I deleted all of them and I only can create one.

**Caution:**If you exceed your storage quota, you may not be able to send or receive email. Learn more.

The Loop app for personal Microsoft accounts has the following limits:

    • Maximum of 250 Loop workspaces created per user
    • Maximum of 50 Loop workspaces created per user per day
    • Maximum of 1,000 members in each Loop workspace.

    Obviously an issue
