Branching in Microsoft forms with multiple choice responses

I have Yes, No, and N/A as potential responses/choices on several questions. If response is a No, it branches to a text option to provide feedback; however, regardless of what the response is, I want every question asked (the branched-out text feedback from a No response seems to end the questions in the section and I need every question answered). For instance, if the first three questions are responded with a Yes, and the fourth question is responded with a No, it branches to a text option to fill in the response in freeform; however, the remaining questions in that section do not show up, and it jumps to the questions on the next section. How can I fix this, where every question shows up for a response, regardless of what response is selected?

    Thank you, Mia.

In the results dashboard when you click View Responses, there are some results that show a word cloud. How can I remove that as I do not need a word cloud in the responses dashboard.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Susan,

I appreciate your kind words and please don't worry anything because I want to provide any support as I can, and make sure to clear things better for your daily usage of Microsoft Forms and have a better user experience.

As the Word Cloud you mentioned above, it is the special feature for open text questions in Microsoft Forms, which is part of the Insights functionality, and it provides intelligent data analysis and visualizations automatically. Unfortunately, there is no direct setting to turn off the word cloud feature specifically. Hence, it's really sorry to convey that currently it's suggested to provide feedback to Microsoft to request this feature as providing feedback through the official Microsoft Forms · Feedback Community****can help Forms product team understand the importance of this feature and potentially expedite its development to allow users be able to turn off the Word Cloud by their own mind/demand.

Your patience is highly appreciated. I wish you a brilliant year in 2025.😊

    Best Regards,

    Mia
