Dear Joseph Moran (joseph.moran),
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Microsoft Lists. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.
We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, for further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:
- Could you please let me know if you have a custom JSON format any of the Lists?
- could you let me know what happens when you access the List in Grid view or switch to Classic view and select and save your Multiple selections?
- Could you please provide the lists' multiple selection values so that I can configure a fresh column from my end and check for bugs? You can do this by going to the Employees column, right-clicking on Employees, selecting Column settings, and then clicking Edit.
Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot of the list selection values, similar to the example below? Please also provide the seem details for the any one of the affected lookup columns.
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
