Cannot add member to a workspace in Microsoft Loop

Hello,

I can't add members to one workspace in Loop. When I click on the “Invite and Manage Members” button, nothing happens. Also, when I use the share button, I no longer have the option to share the entire workspace; only the individual pages or components can be shared.

For other workspaces it works.

I tried it via Windows App and via website, but it doesn't work.

In this case, logs need to be collected for that specific workspace to conduct a more in-depth analysis.     I'm having this issue with one of my Loop workspaces too:

    • Access to this specific workspace has been granted to about a dozen people, but unlike my other workspaces, no number appears next to the "Invite and manage members" icon
    • When I click on the icon, nothing happens
    • The other workspaces work fine - I can see how many members I've added, and when I click on the "Invite and manage members" icon I can add or remove members.

    The issue is browser agnostic - it occurs in both Edge and Chrome.

    This happened a few weeks ago, but after clicking around a bit, logging out, switching to an alternative browser and back, etc, the members suddenly appeared. This time however, they did not.

    The issue is not just PC specific:

    • I installed the Loop app on my phone
    • When I tap on the manage members option for the workspace, no members are listed.
    • I am able to add new members that way, though they don't appear on the page after being added
    • If I try to add a member who already has access, it attempts to do it but fails.

    Just chiming in because the exact same thing is happening with me as well.

    I used to be able to add / invite users to the workspace in question but now clicking the button does nothing.

    It doesn't matter which browser I try this in.

    If we are all experiencing this issue then it sounds like something updated on the backend which is causing this issue.

    Hello everyone,

    the problem has disappeared as of today.

    I have not made any changes and have not received a message from Microsoft that something has been changed.

    Since I wanted to add another person to the workspace, I tried again today to see if it works and found that I can add members again using the “Invite and Manage Members” button and that the workspace can be shared again using the share button.

    Does it work for the others again too?
