It's REALLY annoying and I keep clicking on it when doing things quickly because it's always popping up right next to where I'm working. It also keeps covering the top-row (the title row, most the time!) when I'm filling out large sheets, so I keep having to click a different cell to see what it's covering, and then click back...

How has Microsoft not learnt from IE and Being.. the more it pushes something on users who don't want it, the more they generate absolute hate and refusal to use it? What an annoying, stupid idea.

Please pass this feedback to them too.
