Hello,

I need help to reactivate my developer program subscription, please. See screenshots below for further details.

I've tried:

To renew your Microsoft 365 subscription for developer, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions page and click on Billing.
  3. Locate the expired subscription and click on Reactivate.

But I am not receiving any notifications to approve access or to receive a code at all for this account on my Authenticator App. I have reinstalled my authenticator app. When trying to connect / ad the developer account to the newly installed authenticator app, the app says that this account does not exist. However, I am not getting this error message when trying to access the Admin Centre via browser, it shows the below screen:

I also changed the developer account password and received a notification that the password has been reset.

How can I reactivate this account please?

    Hello,

I opened a ticket as suggested with the other team, but nobody is responding. Please advise.

Deleted Developer Programme Subscription, unable to reactivate, cannot access admin centre - Microsoft Q&A

I wasn't able to choose the authenticator app tag, since it wasn't available.

    Kind regards,

    Tina

    Dear BTiLa

Good day and hope you doing great.

Thanks for sharing the above in Microsoft forum community, pleasure to assist.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due the above issue, to isolate the above issue

Based on the above issue, first thing to sort out is the authentication issue, and i notice you mentioned you didn't receive the cord despite requesting it, we do have our dedicated Microsoft authenticator app team that handles such related issue, so it is recommended to post through Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Q&A so that a support agent from that team can verify and provide you with the necessary information. Once they fix that then you should be able to access your admin to reactive your subscription.

At this time, your kind cooperation and understanding will be greatly appreciated.

Have a great day and safe.
