How do I enable the action and event as the save button is not letting me open up to the table as I have created an append query?

You are not being blocked, Just the duplicate threads you have posted have been locked. Have you tried clciking the Ask Questions link? what happens when you try?

As to the screen shot. Are you referring to the pink Security Risk warning? It looks like you downloaded this from a college site. You have to make the folder where you stored the file into a Trusted Location to remove the warning.

You can create a new post for new, different questions.

You MUST NOT delete anything in that screenshot. Deleting any of those objects would disable your Access installation. Why are you looking at MSysAccessStorage at all? It's a system file, which Access uses to manage itself. You can do nothing with that data except look at it. And until you are very experienced and knowledgeable about Access, it's dangerous to be messing around in those System tables.

In the Navigation Pane, you can see the system tables because the Navigation Options have been changed somehow.

Click the tiny down arrow in the Navigation Pane header to open the menu as shown here.

What you want is to uncheck the two checkboxes highlighted, especially "Show System Object".
