Billing Errors over YEARS

Hello,

We are trying to download our invoices for our year-end accounting practices, and almost all of the actual invoices are gone from our billings page.

We would like someone to look for our true invoices (somewhere between $4-500/mo) so we can accurately do our accounting; because there are no good resource pages on who to contact for billing, we are posting here. We just need the invoice PDFs; if those could get sent directly to my email, thats fine too.

The invoices are incorrect (and missing) for over a year now.

    It seems when viewing your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center your invoices are incorrect (and missing). Since we belong to Microsoft Community site, our forum is available for public. Also, we are not authorized to check any users' billing details and have limited resource and privilege to examine billing related scenarios.
