Authenticator app

I changed my phone and logged out of my instagram account. And when i tried to log in again it asked for a code from the authenticator app. But since the phone is new. I didn’t have instagram linked to it yet but i had it on my old phone. Now i can’t log into my instagram account even though i have the password and instagram can’t help me. What should i do ? I don’t have a backup code for my instagram account as well .
