Microsoft 365 Admin Centre - changing fields

Me and my manager do a download from the Microsoft Admin Centre every Wednesday to update a dashboard. This is completed by going to Active Users and then "export users" we didn't change any columns or apply any filters. This produced a CSV file with the following fields..

Block credential
Billing Country
User / Non User Account
City
Country/Region
Department
DirSyncEnabled
Display name
Fax
First name
Last dirsync time
Last name
Last password change time stamp
License assignment details
Licenses
Mobile Phone
Oath token meta data
Object Id
Office
Password never expires
Phone number
Postal code
Preferred data location
Preferred language
Proxy addresses
Release track
Soft deletion time stamp
State
Street address
Strong password required
Title
Usage location
User principal name
When created

We have both changed nothing and when we now do this export it's missing the following fields

Billing Country
User / Non User Account
Country/Region
License assignment details
Oath token meta data
Release track
Strong password required
Title

The most important parts of information we need are "Billing Country" and "User/Non User" (not included in current export) and Licenses and User Principle Name (in current export).

I thought this could be fixed by going to "Active Users" then clicking "Choose Columns" but we only have the following options: Username, licenses, guest, sign-in status, sync status, city, country or region, department, first name, last name, title, office, state or province, usage location. How can this be fixed?
